Made to order

Every ornament is laser cut after you order it, from the name and design you choose. We make and ship orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, not counting holidays).

Shipping

We ship within the United States by USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of ordering.
Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, however many ornaments are in it. Orders of 3 or more ornaments ship free.
You'll get tracking information by email when your order ships.

Christmas delivery: order by December 12. December is the busiest time of year for both us and USPS. Orders placed closer to the deadline may take longer to make and deliver, so please order as early as you can. We can't guarantee delivery dates once an order is with USPS.

Check the spelling

We cut each name exactly as it's typed at checkout and shown in the preview. Please double-check spelling, capitalization and the design before you order.

Returns and replacements

Because every ornament is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges. But we stand behind our work. We'll replace your ornament at no cost if:

it arrives broken or damaged, or
we made a mistake (wrong name, wrong design, or a spelling different from what you entered).

Just email orders@nyackmaker.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If a replacement can't arrive in time for a holiday, we can refund you instead.

Changes and cancellations

Need to fix a name or cancel? Email us right away. If we haven't started cutting your order, we'll change it or refund it in full. Once an ornament has been cut, we can't cancel it.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll work with you and USPS to sort it out. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Natural material

Our ornaments are cut from natural wood, so grain and color vary from piece to piece and may look slightly different from the on-screen preview. These are decorations, not toys, and they're not meant for young children.
